Set up a Sitting or an Appointment

Please use the form below to schedule your next sitting or appointment with us. This form only sets appointments it does not allow for payment processing. You will be sent a separate email invoice with instructions on how to pay any deposits/fees associated with your reservation.

Terms & Conditions

All reservations or appointments scheduled through the website or otherwise will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. All sitting reservations, wedding reservations or other appointments must be held in advance with a 50% deposit. The balance is due no later than the beginning of the reservation time. If the balance is not paid by the beginning time of the reservation the deposit may be forfeited and no services may be rendered and GR8 FOTOS will have no further obligation to the client.
2. All sittings reservations, wedding reservations or other appointments canceled by the client will be refunded at 100% if canceled 7 days prior to the reservation or appointment. The client can elect to receive a full credit to be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. No refunds to follow the rescheduled appointment or its cancellation.
3. All sittings reservations, wedding reservations or other appointments canceled by the client will be refunded at 90% if canceled 5 days prior to the reservation or appointment. The client can elect to receive a full credit to be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. No refunds to follow the rescheduled appointment or its cancellation.
4. All sittings reservations, wedding reservations or other appointments canceled by the client will be refunded at 50% if canceled 2 days prior to the reservation or appointment. The client can elect to receive a full credit to be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. No refunds to follow the rescheduled appointment or its cancellation.
5. All sittings reservations, wedding reservations or other appointments canceled by the client will be refunded at 25% if canceled 1 day prior to the reservation or appointment. The client can elect to receive a full credit to be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. No refunds to follow the rescheduled appointment or its cancellation.
6. All sittings reservations, wedding reservations or other appointments canceled by the client will not be refunded if canceled the day of the reservation or appointment. The client can elect to receive a full credit to be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. No refunds to follow the rescheduled appointment or its cancellation.
